It all began in 2004, when two generations of the Charbonneau family rolled up their sleeves to build a magnificent log cabin for producing maple syrup. Now, there’s a full line-up of activities: dining in the sugar shack, horse-drawn carriage rides, visiting the petting farm, Arbraska (aerial canopy tours and other forest activities), walking the hiking trails of Mont Saint-Grégoire, music and dancing every Saturday night—plus fine maple products and friendly service.
